4/3/15 Chef Gregory Torrech just received a fresh catch of Hake and Mackerel! He took some time to get to know who is working hard on the high seas! Captain David Hagarty (F/V Harmony) from the Boston/Cape Cod area focuses on Hake as a sustainable alternative to Atlantic Cod. Chef Torrech will serve the mild, slightly sweet fish tonight throughout the weekend with wonderfully flavorful fiddlehead ferns from the farm. Captain Phil Powell (F/V Foxy Lady) fishes for monk, skate, but brings us wonderfully moist Boston Mackerel rich in omega 3 fish oil. Chef Torrech will be serving his Mackerel this weekend with wild ramps he just received fresh from the farm.
