Staff: Pastry Chef: Patrick Muller
A former Assistant Pastry Chef at the Hilton Short Hills, Patrick Muller is as passionate about pastry as he is about pastry education. In addition to making all desserts and breads from scratch at the Inn, Muller is an Adjunct Instructor at Hudson County Community College’s Culinary Arts Institute, where he teaches classes in bread baking, plated desserts, confectionary arts and cake decorating. His previous experience includes posts with Ome Caterers and Birchwood Manor in Whippany and The Palace at Somerset Park in Somerset.
